Started from a real problem

In 2021, our founders were helping a family friend run a small courier business in Pune. Every evening, after a full day of pickups and deliveries, he'd sit down with a notebook and manually write out invoices — calculating GST by hand, juggling different rates for different customers, and chasing payments over WhatsApp.

It was exhausting, error-prone, and completely unnecessary. The software that existed was either built for large enterprises, too complicated for a small team, or simply not designed for the way Indian courier businesses actually work.

So we built GoInvoicing — a billing platform designed ground-up for courier companies, with features like weight-based rate cards, zone pricing, e-way bill generation, and GST compliance built into the core.
